Yes. Every machine is the real brand. We're an independent retailer, so we're not affiliated with the manufacturers. The parts we sell are genuine. When we refurbish a machine we repair it with genuine parts, and on some occasions use compatible parts to complete it.

Refurbished listings include photos of a typical example, so you can see the usual condition before you buy. Refurbished machines can show some wear, minor scratches and imperfections that don't affect how they work. Every machine and part is cleaned and tested before it's dispatched.
