Cost
UK Standard Delivery is free on every order, whatever you spend. Next day delivery costs £4.99 and is available at checkout on brand-new products only. It is never offered on refurbished items.
When it will arrive
- Dispatch: orders placed before 3pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day.
- Delivery: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- We don't dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check the status from your account. Orders are sent with Evri.
If something goes wrong
Missed delivery
The courier will leave a card or message with options to rearrange or collect.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the parcel and the item, and we'll put it right.
Not arrived
If your tracking hasn't updated for 3 days, contact us and we'll chase it.
